The tale of the chicken professor. There was once a chicken that was known for being very dumb. He did not think of anything he did and no one wanted to be seen or associated with him at all. He did so many dumb things. This one time when he found a brown lump on the floor and he ate it. He thought it was a chocolate that he had heard so much about. This became his favorite food.
Can you guess what the brown lump was?
Well, it was the turd of a stray dog and the chicken had grown so fond of this ‘chocolate’ that he would always go looking for it every day to eat it. When people saw what this chicken was doing, they did not want to eat it or even touch it.
One day a wise owl visited the area and when he saw the chicken eating the poop, he was astonished. Everyone told him that the chicken had brain damage. He was too curious that he wanted to investigate the chicken’s brain. He kidnapped the chicken and took it back with him to his lab to have his brain checked. It was when he opened up his brain that he realized that the chicken’s brain was not plugged in and this is what had caused him to behave so dumbly.
As soon as the wise owl had plugged his brain back on, the chicken immediately got his memory back. It became clear that the knowledge he possessed in his brain was beyond anyone’s understanding. People were so amazed that they started referring to him as the smartest professor in the land……and that is how the wise owl lost his job as a professor leaving this position to the new chicken professor in town.
Moral: No matter what, always help where you can.
