The Donkey That Saved The Day

The Donkey That Saved The Day

This is a story about the donkey that saved the day using the little she had.

Once upon a time in the peaceful countryside of Dinkel, donkeys and farmers lived happily together. The farmers grew vegetables to eat, and the donkeys helped by carrying heavy loads.

Everything was perfect until one day when a powerful wind brought a swarm of hungry locusts. The locusts ate all the crops, leaving the farmers with no food.

With their crops gone, the farmers decided they had no choice but to eat the donkeys. One by one, they tricked the donkeys into going to the slaughterhouse. The donkeys, believing they were being taken to a magical land where the grass was sweet like honey and they would live in lovely houses, followed happily, unaware of the farmers’ true plan.

One day, it was Bessie’s turn to go to the slaughterhouse. She said goodbye to her friends, who wished her well and wished they could go with her. Excited about her new home, Bessie sang cheerful songs all the way.

But when the van took a turn down an old, scary road and stopped at a grim-looking building, Bessie’s excitement turned to shock. She saw the slaughterhouse and realized the horrible truth—there was no magical land, and her friends were being led to their doom.

What the farmers didn’t know was that Bessie was no ordinary donkey. She was the daughter of a buffalo and a donkey, giving her special strength. Using her superpowers, Bessie broke free from the farmers and escaped from the slaughterhouse.

Bessie raced back to warn her friends. She told them what she had seen and how the farmers planned to eat them. Instead of running away, the donkeys hatched a plan to stand and fight back. Bessie trained all the donkeys in martial arts giving them the power to fight by kicking anyone who threatened them in any way.

To this day, all donkeys are known to have the strongest kicks and Bessie became the donkey that saved the day.

The farmers never bothered the donkeys again, and they all lived happily and safely ever after.
