The Goat That Saved the President

The goat that saved the president
The Goat That Saved the President is a fun story about a hungry goat whose love for food ends up saving the day.

Once upon a time, there was a little goat named Frei.

Frei loved to eat. He would munch, crunch, and gobble all day long! If there was something tasty nearby, Frei would somehow find it. It was like he had a secret food radar in his nose!

He was so good at finding yummy food that he became famous. People even saw him on TV and called him “The Great Food Explorer!”

One morning, news spread across the land that the president was hosting the biggest feast ever!

There would be roasted chicken, piles of fruits, cakes, and all sorts of delicious food and treats. Frei’s tummy gave a happy rumble. “I must go to that feast!” he said, trotting off excitedly.

When the big day came, everyone including Frei gathered in the palace gardens.

There was laughter, music, and the smell of food so good it made Frei’s mouth water.

It was all fun and games, with everyone enjoying the feast. Then, out of the corner of his eye, he saw something…. a big juicy piece of chicken wing had fallen to the ground right next to the president!

Frei was not one to let it go to waste. “No food should ever be lonely!” he thought and hurried toward it.

Just then…..BANG!
A loud sound filled the air. Everyone gasped. A bullet had flown right where the president was sitting, but Frei had stepped in the way just in time. The brave little goat had unknowingly saved the president’s life.

The president was heartbroken but also deeply thankful.

He said, “This goat gave his life to save mine. We must never forget him.”

So, in memory of the brave goat Frei, they decided to name a day after him. What we now know as Friday, originated from the need to celebrate the kindness, bravery, and the love for food that Frei embodied.

Moral: When you do good, even in small ways, it always matters and kindness never goes unnoticed.
