This is a tale about Half Insect – Half Dino. Once there was a T-rex called Alex who unlike the rest of his family, did not eat meat. He preferred eating insects. To satisfy his body size, he would eat so many insects. Eventually, the insects in the forest they lived in started to disappear. This made the animals that ate insects die. This began to affect the dinosaurs.
When the dinosaur family couldn’t find anything to eat, they decided to go to the nearest forest. They went in search of animals to eat. Their side of the forest had become lifeless. They did not want to go with Alex. As they were afraid that he would eat all the insects in that new part of the forest. Thereby destroying the environment yet again.
This made Alex sad and he decided to travel to a faraway land to look for insects to eat. Despite the search from forest to forest, Alex did not find any that had enough insects to match his hunger. So he decided to go back to his home.
While on his way, he found a forest that was full of insects that he needed to lure back to his home. Unfortunately, only a few of the insects followed him. He knew they would not be enough for him, he decided to breed them. He began producing weird insect species; that resulted from breeding the different types of insects. Half insect – half dino.
When Alex ate these insects, he developed insect-like features. Which included extra eyes and an antenna on his upper body making him a half insect and half dinosaur. Confused about his new body, he traveled back to the land of the insects. He was hoping to eat a few of the normal insects to turn himself back into his old self. This did not work.
Meanwhile, the mutated insects back at his home grew so vicious, that they started plotting to invade the nearby dinosaur forest that Alex’s family had moved to. Alex went back home and saw the mutated insects plotting against the dinosaurs To protect his family he decided to make a spray that would kill all insects.
Once he was armed with his spray made of special ingredients, he was ready for a fight. With his new eyes, it was really easy to spray them because they allowed him to see from all directions. Disgusted by what happened, Alex stopped eating insects that day and he joined his family in eating meat.
Moral: Sometimes, it is better to follow your nature
