Bosco was one smart dog. The farmer noticed how smart Bosco was and made him in charge of all the animals. Everyone loved Bosco and listened to his orders—well, almost everyone. There was one little pig who always did things his own way.
This pig loved to gaze at the stars at night. No matter how many times Bosco warned him about sleeping outside his shed, the pig just wouldn’t listen. “But the stars are so beautiful!” he would say, ignoring Bosco’s advice.
Even the other animals tried to help, but the pig simply didn’t care.
For a while, the pig was lucky. He enjoyed the cool night air and the sparkling stars, and he never encountered any of the wolves that roamed the farm. One night, however, everything changed!
The farmer invited his friends over for a big celebration. They lit a huge bonfire to keep warm, and everyone was having a great time! Unfortunately, the flames leaped into the grass, and before they knew it, a huge fire started spreading around the farm!
The farmer and his friends rushed to put it out, working together to save the farm. After they finally extinguished the last flicker of fire, they noticed something suprising.
Right where the pig loved to sleep, they found a delicious “pork roast”!
The farmer and his friends could do nothing else but enjoy the delicious pork.
