The tale of the woman who didn’t love herself. There was once a lady who looked like a child even though she was way over 18 years old. The lady did not like this at all. Everyone treated her like a child. Even though in a real sense she was much older than most of them. She also hated having to explain her situation to everyone and everywhere she went. She wanted so much to change her appearance and make herself look much older but her parents would hear none of it.
When she was old enough, she went to get her driver’s license. She thought that owning a car and driving herself around would change how people saw her. She felt it’d be a sure way of letting people know that she was old enough. When her turn came for her tests, the instructors did not give her an easy time at all. They needed to be extra sure that she was indeed the proper age to be getting a driver’s license. They insisted on getting her to bring all the documents needed to prove her age, including her birth certificate. It took her mother’s intervention, explaining to the examiners her condition so they could allow her to take the driving exams for her to qualify for the license.
This was the last straw for her. She was so fed up with this kind of treatment that she decided that it was finally time for her to make the big decision her parents always told her not to…. she knew that she was finally of age to be able to change her appearance once and for all. She went and got herself surgery in the hope of making herself bigger but unfortunately, things did not end up as planned.
Her body ended up looking so disfigured she didn’t love herself even more. She looked soo ugly and as a result of her ‘new’ looks, no one wanted to come close to her.
Moral: Love yourself including all your flaws.
